OctagonStats respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same in return. Our compiled statistics, articles and designs are our copyrighted work (see Terms of Service).

Filing a takedown notice. If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, email hello@octagonstats.com with: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) the URL of the allegedly infringing material on our site, (3) your contact information, (4) a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, and (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act, with your physical or electronic signature.

Our response. Valid notices are reviewed promptly; infringing material is removed or disabled, and repeat infringers lose access where applicable.

Counter-notice. If your content was removed in error, you may email a counter-notice with identification of the removed material, your contact details, consent to jurisdiction, and your signature. Misrepresentations in either direction may carry legal liability.

Reporting clones of our site. If you spot a site scraping or cloning OctagonStats content, please report it to hello@octagonstats.com — we pursue takedowns against bulk copiers.
