1. The service. OctagonStats ("we", "the site") provides UFC fight statistics, fighter profiles, event results, rankings and editorial articles for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Intellectual property. All site content — including compiled statistics, tables, articles, graphics and page designs — is owned by OctagonStats and protected by copyright law. You may view, share links to, and quote brief excerpts of our content with attribution.

3. No scraping or bulk copying. You may not use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers beyond standard search-engine indexing) to extract, copy, republish or build a competing database from our content without prior written permission. Bulk downloading of fighter data, fight histories or articles is prohibited. Violations may result in IP blocking and legal action under applicable copyright law.

4. Acceptable use. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or misrepresent our content as your own. Do not use our data to facilitate wrongdoing.

5. Data accuracy. Statistics are compiled from public sources and may contain errors. See our Disclaimer. We do not guarantee completeness or correctness.

6. Third-party links. We link to external sites (e.g. news sources, Wikipedia, social profiles). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Limitation of liability. The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its data.
